It’s sad they don’t keep up with information cause they are constantly bouncing around managers, and information is never safe, and the building is old Constantly needing maintenance work and maintenance workers don’t respond in time for emergency situations, Doesn’t seem like no one knows what they’re doing down there, need to do better
Patricia Moreno is the rudest person working there (and her lil side kick) and the fact she just started in July is unbelievable. Her attitude and control issues need to be humbled. I really hope she gets fired. Nobody deserves to get treated like how she tried to treat my child. I'm not the one. I will stick up for people who don't have a voice because they were brought up with respect!
It's been a year and a half and they still haven't done anything about my upstairs neighbor who likes the blasted music all the time it's clearly against the rules it says on the write up that I got back in June. It is now 12:18 a.m. and he's upstairs stomping dropping stuff on the floor. They tell me to call the police but the police say it's up to them to do something about him. I'm fixing to take them to court for not doing their job
Our apartments just caught on fire, it was in the attic space, we are now displaced and all our belongings are ruined. I wish maintenance would have been on top of everything at this complex. I’ve had no heat for 3 yrs, several lights in my home out and can’t be replaced because they are some special led lights, oven falling apart having to drill screws in so it can close, so many wrongs never made right, and now I have lost my only home I’ve know for the past 8 years with my 4 children.
