Service department very helpful!
Had an EGO mower that needed warranty work. First tried taking it to big chain store where it was originally purchased. After 2-3 weeks of no communication, I called the store and found out nothing had happened since I dropped it off. I called Kristy @ P&K Equipment in Stillwater to see if I could bring the mower to them. They got it fixed and she stayed in touch with me giving me updates throughout the process. Very impressed - would definitely recommend to others!
