I have never encountered the quality of customer service I have received from the sales associate Tim. The tractor/farming life is a new chapter in life and he has been incredibly patient and kind with every question and call. Truly appreciate his kindness.
We bought our mower here a couple years ago, just had to buy a small part today for it. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. My lil guy loves going and looking at their tractors. Always a fun little trip.
Their service cost are outrageous. $190/hr labor PLUS $190/hr drive time! Of which I was not informed of the drive charge until I received the statement. I was charged for an labor and an hour drive time; however, it didn't take him an hour to do the work. You would think the extra $50/hr for site repair verses in shop repair would cover the drive time. Their service is over rated and over priced. I won't make that mistake again.
