We’ve been without our tractor now since May. Four times the mobile service has been out without a resolution to our tractor not running. They finally took it into the shop and it’s been there a month now, and they’re still unable to figure it out. This Deere’s not running, major disappointment given all the Deeres my family has purchased from P&K over the years! Update 1/7 /26 they have a new Service Manager now, Corey, who made our issue a priority and now we have a running tractor again! My faith in P&K has been restored!

Had a quick response from Drew for a field service, helped me get back up and running! Had some seized bolts and he made short work of it!
