Sundays we have the hot bar. This Sunday mentioned we had catfish on the bar. You should have got that it came with 3 veggies and Drink for 9.99 You chose to order off menu. You should have seen the price before you ordered. Its clearly marked beside what you got.
Have you ever been to a restaurant and been totally invisible? It happened to me and my husband today. We’ve been coming to PJ’s since they opened and we were so happy to have a good restaurant close to home that had great service and food. We got the great food today but certainly not the service! It took a few minutes for the waitress to come to our table, which was fine. We ordered tea and was told they were making tea and that it would be about 5 minutes. I ordered a cheeseburger KIDS meal with fries A single cheeseburger meal with fries Another single cheeseburger meal with fries A dbl cheeseburger with fries blooming onion was undercooked cheese sticks (tasted fishy) by the way who doesn’t have marinara sauce?? Asked for a side of Ranch......we got one that was ALREADY USED!!!!! And when I told/showed the waitress, she just walked to the back saying “oh no, we can get you some more” like who would want more after that?? 73.63 was the total! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN

The only thing that runs this restaurant is the seafood..and ive had better. The sunday steam table is a TOTAL hot mess! They were out of the main dishes by 12:30.. on a SUNDAY on fathers day! Their excuse was that they werent expecting alot of ppl! They literally had no more food thawed!!! My veggies were cold and rubbery, food was bland, no seasoning at all. This isnt anything like the old PJs. They never ran out of food and i remember lines being wrapped outside back then! place is pathetic!

The food and service is some of the best in the state of Alabama!!! Amazing no matter what you order.
Apparently this joint closes whsn they get ready , regardless of what they advertise.
