We got this cake for our sweet 12-year-old dog, and it was an absolute hit! From the moment we brought it out, she was excited, and she loved every single second of enjoying it. The cake looked adorable, was fresh, and clearly made with dogs in mind. Seeing her so happy on her special day made it worth every penny. At 12 years old, she deserves to be spoiled, and this cake helped make her birthday extra memorable. We will definitely be ordering again for future celebrations. Highly recommend for any pup's special day! 🐾🎂❤️
Customer service here is terrible. My wife called in this morning and spoke with a woman to order a cake for our dog to bite into which would reveal the gender of our baby. The employee who answered the phone was very rude. She wasn’t helpful when my wife said she wasn’t able to place an order online and refused to help over the phone. We’re over the moon about our birthday cake! Roxana was super nice and able to accommodate a same day late pick up. The attention to detail is really stunning and the prices are really affordable. The little dog model top was our favorite part of the cake. We’ll definitely come back next year.
Called to see if they were open and they answered and said they were. Walked over with my dog on his birthday on my lunch hour and it was closed. Called and told them their business looks closed and they answered that they operate with the door closed? Not sure what happened, just wanted to buy a cookies for my dog’s birthday and wasn’t able to.
