I went in this last Saturday to purchase a Daytona 675. I had arrived at 10 till 5 and I was denied business. I was very upset because I had brought an empty truck and I brought cash with me to pay for it and was turned away. Needless to say, I will be conducting my business elsewhere
I was on a very long tour (about 2,500 miles) through the southwest states and i stopped in with my new multistrada because of a small sound that developed. Bobbie the service person offered to have a tech just take a look at it for safety purposes. While i was waiting the parts guy(i don't remember his name but he had color in his hair, red i think) was very helpful by suggesting alternatives to a stock seat to make ride more comfortable.
