I spent a lot of time looking around the Atlanta area for a gym home before I finally found PJ’s. Now I’ve been here for over a year, and it’s been fantastic. PJ is a great trainer - he’s attentive and knows when to push you harder and knows when to give you some space. The community at PJ’s is another thing that keeps me coming back. Everyone is so encouraging that it makes working out fun.

You will love working out at PJ’s! He makes every work out different and challenging and he will help you reach your goals! Everyone there will encourage you and it’s a fun group who pushes each other to give their best! Best workout team one could ever ask for :)

PJ is so helpful with fitness AND nutrition. I’ve made more progress working with PJ than I have when with others or by myself. He goes above and beyond for his clients. I feel confident for the first time in a long time. It’s hard to stop the momentum going to PJ because he holds people accountable AND you see results.

I've been training with PJ for about two years, and it's honestly the best part of my day. The community and environment are incredible. The workouts are fun and challenging. PJ is attentive towards the crew and ensures that everyone is executing the workouts properly, giving you peace of mind that you aren't going to overextend or injure yourself.

Great energy positive environment. Definitely recommend coming here if you're looking to get a great workout. It is beginner friendly and will challenge the more seasoned gym goers.
