They stole a tip from me, be aware of this!! When you pay, they turn the screen around super fast and do a 20% tip for you. So unprofessional…
I used to love this location. The staff was wonderful, quick and personable. Now it’s the opposite. I wait over 10 minutes for one drink in the drive through…..every time sometimes even longer! Even after the long wait it’s usually off or wrong. I’m wondering if they changed ownership? It’s so disappointing and frustrating.
Once again, highly disappointed so probably won't get my hot chocolate at your business after 3 years being very happy. Ordered extra hot chocolate...what did I get? Extremely strong coffee! Complete waste of money!
stopped by with a friend, there was only 1 staff member working. Ordered a muffin, after making my drink and the person after me realized there was no muffin in stock. The 3 stars go for the owner, very clearly understaffed needs more than 1 person working. Staff member was kind and offered refund.
