I visited this PJ’s on Saturday, August 9th with my little sister, right before picking up keys to my new apartment. We ordered two Wedding Cake Cold Brews (mediums, one with light ice for her tooth sensitivity). First, I was told there’s an extra charge for light ice. I understand upcharges if it means more product, but with cold brew it made no sense, they could have just poured it into a larger cup or accounted for it differently. It was a first for me.
