Dare I say, the beignets are the best I've ever had?! And I've been to New Orleans dozens of times so I know a good beignet😉 The cafe au lait was not my favorite but I'll be back again to try a different drink.

I only recently heard the my city (SATX) had a PJs. Woooowhooo. I discovered this Bulverde Rd location is only about 12 minutes away. So,.., here we go. 3 biegnwts and a classic dark roast chicory coffee. Oh my. Yum. Slap ya Momma and run around da room! It was good and I'm glad I came. Nice quiet atmosphere with the just right NOLA music ambiance to help me remember my roots. Staff was friendly. All good. I'll be back!!!
