PJ’s Coffee in Bossier is such a wonderful place to spend time, whether you’re stopping in for a quick coffee or settling in to work for a while. Audrey gives great service and is always kind and smiling and helpful! Ask for Audrey when you go in! I am also very glad PJs has non-dairy options.
I've always loved PJs coffee - I've even had book signings there! They're such a friendly, welcoming spot and supportive of local authors and other artists. One of their new baristas, Audrey, is really sweet and bubbly. She made this amazing purple glitter drink that was SO GOOD. (called Voo Doo) It's a must try!
I always love PJ's coffee. The vanilla lattes, beignets, and croissants are great! The staff is always super sweet too. Especially Audrey!
Honestly, this coffee shop is one of the best ones I’ve been to. My barista, Audrey, was absolutely the sweetest thing, food was amazing, I will definitely come back and be recommending this place to others
