I frequent this place as a nice meeting spot, a good alternative to the ‘big name’ in the shopping center across MD198. Today at 4PM I walked in and the young man at the register looked at me like I was lost and he was confused. I could tell I didn’t want him making my drinks. After 5 seconds I walked out and drove across the street to the ‘big name’. It’s a shame because this business employs young people I know from the community. These beignets are a PROBLEM. The breakfast sandwiches are good, the coffee is delicious, but these beignets. I could inhale them 24/7 and still keep going back for more. I got a bag of the mini ones (12-count) fully intending to bring them back home to share. Yeah, that didn't happen. But it's less than $5 for a bag of the minis so I'm probably going to buy some more before I leave.
Went to PJ’s coffee in Laurel to try out, great coffee! Sweet but not too sweet. Would recommend to others.
