Absolutely terrible experience at PJs Coffee. I ordered a vanilla latte, tea, and a sandwich—and it was all awful. The latte was easily the worst I’ve had in Huntsville, and the sandwich even had paper stuck to it. I barely touched anything before realizing how bad it was (see photos). Customer service was rude and unprofessional. At first, they did not even offer to remake the items, only a 10% off coupon for the next purchase. The one time i went here i got a very watery cold brew that didn't taste like coffee at all. However the staff was courteous and gave me a refund.
Although they were out of the coffee I wanted Elizabeth suggested an alternative that was perfect. Elizabeth is a great addition to this team.
Love this little coffee shop! Friendly staff and cute atmosphere! They do a military discount or you can sign up for rewards and get a discount when you go in! Will go back!
