Gave the wrong drink and even size after charging the card. The receipt doesn't state what you're paying for. Had to clarify order many times at drive through before even paying. Carmel macchiato is pretty common...

The food and coffee were subpar, and the staff seemed very new
The bathroom is clean and the beignets were hot and fresh! The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I highly recommend stopping here!
