I don't normally rate chain joints unless it is poor but the service from the young lady at this tough location where my sister-in-law was in ICU... had to be mentioned. When you are serving people in a place where typically things are not going well... you need a certain level of grace and poise. Bravo.Â
This PJ’s is terrible. We had time to spare while waiting on a family member to come out of surgery and grabbed a quick bite. We ordered several pastries, breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The breakfast sandwich was still cold after being “heated.” The pastries were lukewarm after being “heated” and the coffee just wasn’t good at all. I wouldn’t order anything from here again.Â
This location has not been helpful in the transition to the PJs app, which is now required in order to get points. I’ve tried using my phone number and the check-in feature from the app; both times, I was told that my points would appear, but they did not.Â
The young girl making our drinks was fast and got them done less then 5 minutes 10/10 đź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘Źđź‘ŹÂ
