I went to this establishment today after my optometrist appointment which is located next door. I got there right in time as there was no one in the store but me. After I placed my order with Alex whom by the way had a very low voice and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times during my transaction, there was a crowd. Haven’t been in here for like 2 months ,went through the drive thru ordered the wedding cake latte didn’t like it, taste like watered down coffee, the replaced it with my usual white chocolate mocha, taste the same , no flavor, didn’t get a receipt, no thank you, no good morning, no have a nice day…I think I will be giving y’all a break for a while…please do better I use to come all the time.
