I'm not sure what changed, but I have been coming here for years and have noticed the quality of the coffee and service have been lacking. The espresso is starting to taste like other competitors. The baristas don't have a spark in their eyes for the customer service, which I don't blame them. Sad to see a beloved brand fall.
They are amazing, friendly and fast. Love the coffee
That girl I think her name was Destiny?? UGH she was so rude for literally no reason! She was mean mugging me and talking to me like I’m a child!! Like can you just please hand me my drink so I can leave because I didnt want to be there any longer than I had to be with her!! Her energy was bugging me so bad! How could yall hire her? All the other girls are so lovely but HER, absolutely not! I’m not coming back if she’s working there!
Coffee is great and so is the location! I'm usually a regular and would 100% rate this place 5 stars over and over again but the new blonde employee has been throwing everything off. I've honestly never encountered any worker at a coffee shop that has been as unpleasant and unprofessional as her. Please do better!
