It's the details for me. So I ordered a pickup order, then the app says it's ready for pickup. I'm visiting so I'm not sure how to grab my order so I go to the drive in window. I tell the person working the drive thru my question and she says sure I can pick it up at the window. Great! I pull up to the window and wait for 10 minutes. The cafe smells like old, burnt oil. It needs to be changed. I’m having to go home to change clothes because I can smell it after sitting in the cafe for a while. I’d planned on ordering food as well as coffee but not after smelling that. This really ruined the atmosphere and I’m not sure I’ll return.
