After being a loyal PJ’s customer, specifically to this location, for years, today was my last visit. The quality of service and the coffee recipes themselves are just so inconsistent, it has become a disappointing waste of time and money. After receiving nasty drinks completely missing staple ingredients (the flavored cream I paid for, etc) countless times through the drivethrough, I have actually parked, gotten my daughter out, and brought my coffee back in to be remade the past two visits.
