My blonde didn't have any taste and the wait was about 30 minutes. The server was overwhelmed and I didn't want to add to her day.
Great quality drinks and beignets.
Been asking for 8 months for them to fix my login with the app so I can use my points with their rewards system . I’ve sent emails, I’ve spoke to employees. Still unable to access my points on the app. Customer service with this is quite possibly the worst I’ve experienced. I like their matchas and croissants but them refusing to fix this app issue is insane. With how much money I spend here and im ready to stop going.
