Had an online order placed 20 minutes prior to pickup. Upon arrival one of the 2 workers said it would be a while before we’d get the order because the customers who were in the store take priority. What’s the point of a mobile order then? We were on our way to work so we left, dropped some people off 10 minutes away and drove back and the order still wasn’t ready. New to the area and the first few times I ordered my coffee online, I was satisfied. I went in the store this morning to pick up my order since the drive thru line was long. My coffee was ready but my daughter’s drink was not. They were busy and by the time my daughter’s drink was ready, my coffee was warm at best.
