This morning I ordered a coffee and pastry. My bill was $9.61, and I handed the barista a $20. She proceeded to tell me that they were out of change, so she would not be giving me back my .39 cents, implying that my only other option was to cancel my order. Yesterday I went with my mom. My mom ordered her a coffee after her appointment. And I was having issues with my app as I had a free coffee on it. So instead of holding up the line I went sat by the windows at a table to figure out what was going on. So finally I able to get my rewards so I just ordered over my phone so I could customize it how I wanted. Well right after I sent it the girl working was helping others. Breakfast food is way better than the pre-packaged things at chik-fil-a or starbucks. Also, Abbey the Assistant Manager is extremely accomadating and personable. Will def. Be back!!
