Finally, a place that knows what a cappuccino is! After wasting over $15 trying to get a proper cappuccino somewhere else—where I literally had to explain to the staff how to make one—I found PJ’s Coffee, and it was a breath of fresh air. After going with my friend to try and get a cappuccino, we found what we thought had changed the way a real cappuccino should be made. After spending over $15 at another place, where we had to explain to the staff how to make a cappuccino, we found PJ’s Coffee… and it was a real game changer. I was doing some work here today and had a lovely experience. The honey oat milk latte was delicious; not too sweet. The spinach feta pastry was absolutely divine. More importantly, the staff were super nice and friendly. While I was heads down working, they gave me beignets on the house. Those were some of the best I’ve had- flaky texture and just the right amount of sweetness. One time, an elderly customer stood up looking for napkins.
