To many coffee grounds in the coffee and uptnotish service 😔
Staff personnel is very bland....like not very friendly. Like the interactions end with customers feeling like a burden. They are located in the middle of a hospital. You would think they'd want to cheer people up. The staff at the pjs located in st Tammany parish hospital is very friendly! But I guess it gets the job done. Except I ordered a frozen hot chocolate and the girl said the machine was down. So I ordered a hot chocolate. She just handed me a frozen hot chocolate.......
Ordered a hot mocha latte while waiting for a family members procedure. To say the least it's simply nothing more than a barely luke warm over sweet hot chocolate. No taste of any espresso at all in it. Very disappointed and should have just waited to go to a real coffee shop.
I'm so disappointed. I'm lactose intolerant and I watched the young lady working as the barista on 3/29- the morning shift poor milk in the canister to warm up. There was already one heating up so I figured that one had oatmilk. I watched her poor the one that had milk into my cup and I asked her if it was oatmilk. She said yes ma'am. I took the approach of not judging her BUT 20 minutes later, I experienced admomninal cramping. Not ok to charge people for extras if your not going to honor it.
