I've been coming to this Coffee shop since it opened. I have always had a good experience until today 7/5/26. It was the worst. I ordered a medium and a small iced latte and 12 beignets at the drive thru. Luna the Barrista, said he was working alone and asked me to pull up in the front to wait for the beignets. I parked and went in to wait for the beignets. My coffee orders were completely wrong. I received 2 containers with 3 beignets in each container. Never did get the other six. Great Lunch with family. Outstanding food and service.
The children that they employ are more worried about their phones and talking in the back then serving customers. Several times I have had to wait several minutes and then had to tap the counter to get their attention while they are in the back yapping. They don’t pay attention to mobile orders either. And there is never a manger available.
