I was a bit confused on which southern pecan iced drink to get. I ordered it wrong and came back. Angel listened to me in order to get my drink just right. I didn’t want to be a burden and she made me feel like I wasn’t a burden. I appreciate the patience of her and April. Keep up the great customer service ladies!!
We visited this coffee shop during our weekend trip to New Orleans on August 7 around 5 p.m. We were staying at the hotel in the same plaza, so we decided to stop by and try the coffee. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered a cold brew with oatmeal, milk and banana flavor, but the drink taste like water and ice with some color, and I could not taste the coffee or the banana flavor at all. In my personal opinion experience, we visited the establishment in the afternoon to purchase coffee. However, the coffee was excessively watery. When I requested light ice, the staff member proceeded to pour nearly half of the coffee and add an excessive amount of water, which left me quite disappointed with the service provided.
The service at the PJs was so terrible, it made the brand look so bad!
