Service has gotten worse from year's past. No one was taking orders on my last visit. I left after 5 minutes and went elsewhere. Maybe they are short staffed and/or undertrained?
Usually have good experiences which is why I was surprised when they handed me this crushed bagel. To add on, I’ve noticed when ordering the cold brew mocha here it’s had less and less mocha each time
