Everytime we go to this PJ'S and get anything that isn't a granita they mess up the order horribly. The workers are always nice, but they just cant seem to make a coffee properly. Oh and on top of that, the last time I went they gave me my cup that was barely halfway filled. Go to literally any other coffee shop in the area and your better off then wasting your time and money here unless you just want a granita.
I used to really enjoy this location but the last few times I’ve ordered a large matcha drink, I’ve received the drink its missing more and more times of the product. I brushed the first two times off but today, the drink I received was offensive.
First impressions are everything and this Prairieville location was very disappointing. I've had great experiences at the Zachary, Gonzales, Hwy.73, and even Natchez locations which is why I frequent them. I inquired about the chocolate chip espresso muffin I had in Gonzales and was told they don't sell it, I said ok just give me the chocolate chip one instead.
