I used to really enjoy this location but the last few times I’ve ordered a large matcha drink, I’ve received the drink its missing more and more times of the product. I brushed the first two times off but today, the drink I received was offensive.
First impressions are everything and this Prairieville location was very disappointing. I've had great experiences at the Zachary, Gonzales, Hwy.73, and even Natchez locations which is why I frequent them. I inquired about the chocolate chip espresso muffin I had in Gonzales and was told they don't sell it, I said ok just give me the chocolate chip one instead. Best place I’ve ever been and this one worked “Alley” was the best person ever she was so nice and made my day 5 stars all the way I really recommend going here!
Everyone at this PJs is always so sweet to talk to Sunni was very friendly and took the tome to help me with a large order with multiple drinks and food items Food is fresh, coffee is hot, and the store is always extremely clean.
