Great customer service!
Always understaffed and understocked.
I've been going to Pj's since Phyllis owned it. I loved the taste for a community coffee shop and the atmosphere at most. With that said, it's hard out here to indulge at times even for a simple cup of coffee. So a small request of less ice should not be met with an uncharged $.50 to have less. $5 is already starting with a half cup of chai mix from a $3 carton of pre mix and the rest ice. Really uncool ( pun intended) AH move. I will continue to support Nola pj's but will no longer buy iced drinks.
