POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE Back on 8/29 I purchased a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee from PJS Auto in Ithaca. As I test drove the vehicle, I noticed the overhead console and rear wiper did not work. I said I would purchase the vehicle if the fixed them. They said they could not get the overhead console to work but would put a new wiper motor in and I agreed.
