UPDATE: We’ve continued to have failures including new firebox cracking, new kitchen floor tile starting to separate, and trim peeling off wall. It’s clear there was no oversight on the work being done or it was actively being covered up/ignored - we’ll never know. The current new owner was our foreman. PJP sells themselves as a high end custom home builder/remodeler when in reality they are more akin to a low end builder who charges top dollar while delivering bottom dollar quality of work and renovation experience. PJP sells themselves as a high end custom home builder/remodeler when in reality they are more akin to a low end builder who charges top dollar while delivering bottom dollar quality of work and renovation experience. After terminating PJP multiple subcontractors brought up issues that were either dismissed by PJP or were specifically told not to bring up with us. Sadly we are now redoing much of what was a massive renovation with a different contractor. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Some but not all Issues - 4 New... read more
