This business is awful, especially the E&S division. Their leadership is incompetent. In order to turn a profit, the sales crew charges random fees. Because management thinks lower-level workers are doing their tasks, they create a poisonous work environment for everyone. If you want to be a customer or employee, stay away. Wait until the E&S department remove individuals, not only change their roles.
