Terrible Ownership – We have rented from this company for almost 8 years, we have never been late with rent and never had a complaint about us. Recently a new company (who has been in business for 2 months) put an offer on our location. The owner gave us the opportunity to match the offer, which we did. After waiting almost two months we find out not only are they kicking us out, but they have promised numerous repairs to the new company, which they refused to do for us. Apparently loyalty means nothing in this day and age.
