Dr. Kurzweil is a lovely man and excellent doctor. However, I just received a bill for $125 from his office for the phone conversation between Dr. K and the pharmacy to renew a prescription. Even with insurance, I'll be paying the bulk of cost out of pocket. The bill noted that the high charge was because the prescription was a controlled substance.
