Place an order April 22nd 2025. Seen it was still in processing I called asking about where my order was after I paid for a 2 to 3-day shipping. Was told that they're going to get it sent right away then received an email on May 1st saying they could not find the item. It was previously sold. Very dissatisfied with this service. I still haven't received my refund and it is May 6th 2025 I do hope they make this right. Bought 2 new trailers here. And parts may of times!! Great service and if they don't have what u need they will have it in a week or two.i will definitely buy another trailer here again
