My experience with PJ was exquisite. He’s extremely knowledgeable, and was always willing to guide me through the process whenever I had a question. He’s patient as well, so he will not pressure you to pursue a home just to close the ordeal. I highly recommend him if you need a realtor, and I will use him for my next home purchase.
PJ just helped me purchase my first home! It was an amazing process and far less stressful than I was worried about. PJ never pressured me to do any particular course of action, he just guided me through it and handled what needed to be handled. I'm going to be recommending him to all of my friends and family in the area.
PJ made this whole process easy and kept me in the loop. I had no issue trusting his advice and if there was a question, he answered it quickly.
I want to say that every time I work with Mr. Santiago, it is literally the best experience I have ever encountered! He goes over and beyond to help his clients out, and he always puts the client first. PJ is not just a realtor, he's a friend. I firmly believe that this sentence appropriately describes most peoples' experience with PJ. Yes, this is an awful cliché, but in this case, I have the receipts. We purchased our home in 2021 - the height of the Pandemic and when houses were being snapped up like crab legs and the buffet.
