Today, I came in to PJ’s coffee and ordered a vanilla iced latte and was immediately served, no wait by Sydney after a drink suggestion. The drink was great, the service was good, and i loved the vibe of it.
Worst classic granita.Its a waste of money.
Bre or Brea (I think her real name is Tabrea) was amazing. I walked in not knowing what I wanted, and she was so patient and detailed in explaining everything to help me make a decision. I was having an uneasy morning and wanted some good coffee. Well, she made me feel warm inside and lifted my spirits. The customer service and attitudes from all three ladies were perfect. This pj’s is just going down and down. It’s such a hit and miss! Scared to spend my money bc my drink might not come out right. Y'all losing y'all business to Starbucks and I really love pj’s, been a customer at this location for a decade!! Y'all need to do better at training y’all staff on how to make the drinks. Very disappointed.
