This pj’s is just going down and down. It’s such a hit and miss! Scared to spend my money bc my drink might not come out right. Y'all losing y'all business to Starbucks and I really love pj’s, been a customer at this location for a decade!! Y'all need to do better at training y’all staff on how to make the drinks. Very disappointed.
Went out of my way around construction to get coffee here and they literally had nothing in stock! Even with modifications, everything u asked for would have been incomplete bc of missing ingredients
This location would get a 5 from me but there's one worker who seems as if im bothering her as im ordering... I asked about the syrups the young lady said "u asking about syrups and u have hot coffee?" As If I can add to my drink or buy additional drinks I plan to go to the location closer to my school to avoid feeling like an issue at a place of business. Her attitude is always the same as if she wants to be at home.
