I was excited to find a PJs on this side pf town, but the service is abysmal. The employees banter on how to do things, they set things up as they need them and they give you looks when you try to order for yourself on the touchpad...instead of letting them do it (b/c the register is broken).

There was an older staff member who yelled at me, the customer, for attempting to add vanilla. “YOU CANT DO THAT MA’AM”. It was quite embarrassing. I did not know the process. She yelled, GO TO THE REGISTER. Another staff added it for a customer before me and was not charged She and the older lady in the red shirt went outside to move out of my presence to continue to talk about other staff members. I had a really disappointing experience at PJ's Coffee at The Grove. My wife and I stopped in expecting a normal, quick coffee run, but were immediately put off by the attitude of an older woman who appeared to be a manager. From the moment we walked up, she was noticeably rude and dismissive—no greeting, no patience, just a cold and irritated tone that made us feel unwelcome. I was standing in line to place an order and an older lady who appeared to be a manager (older lady) was being extremely rude to the people waiting including myself. She had such a terrible attitude toward the customers that we ultimately just decided to leave.
