I had a really disappointing experience at PJ's Coffee at The Grove. My wife and I stopped in expecting a normal, quick coffee run, but were immediately put off by the attitude of an older woman who appeared to be a manager. I was standing in line to place an order and an older lady who appeared to be a manager (older lady) was being extremely rude to the people waiting including myself. She had such a terrible attitude toward the customers that we ultimately just decided to leave.
Walked up to the counter to order a coffee. The worker was standing at the register couting money. Didn't acknowledge us. When she finally did, she asked us what we wanted and I said to order a coffee. She said, "well we're closed, we close at 3 and I already cleaned the machine." Mind you, it's 2:50 and there sign states they close at 3:30. She should have let's us know the second we walked up to the counter that she was closed instead of letting us stand there for a few minutes while we openly discussed what kind of coffee... read more
Customer service is less than desirable. Don’t be in this business if you’re going to have an attitude it’s all about the Customer Service and experience. A smile goes a long way. At least the espresso, was good.
Granita machine always broken and bad service also, will never go here again!
