The quality of service has significantly diminished since the Grand Opening of this location. The past 3 times I have visited and there has been an issue with the quality of product ordered. Ordering online is a joke because the staff does not pay attention to the orders coming in outside of the customers in the lobby, when you arrive to pick up they were shocked about my order…twice! I didn’t even know this place was in Houston until I seen it on Facebook. I used to love PJs since Louisiana. So our first and second visit we enjoyed. Staff was very friendly on both visits. We love our beignets and our favorite drinks.
I have been coming here for the past several days. The hot and cold coffee options have been consistent, but the beignets are mouth watering. Good work environment to catch up on work. Good seating and stable tables, plenty of outlets for charging station. Clean bathrooms. Primarily drive-thru traffic, which makes it better for indoor quiet space. The customer service from Jeri is exceptional. Check out this hidden gem in the Sienna area!
