Got into the drive through at 10:55am did not leave the drive through until 11:30am. Mind you there was only one person in front of me and about 3 customers on the inside. The associate forgot whip cream on both drinks. Coffee was not worth the wait. If you’re looking to try this place just drive down the street to Dutch Bros they have faster service and better tasting coffee
Super slow service. No one else in line, still took 10 minutes in drive thru to get two drinks and one order of beignet bites. Can’t imagine how long it would take in the morning on the way to work.
The person who served me not only made me wait for 10 minutes despite being the only person there, but completely botched the order: a coldbrew with light syrup, and half the cup was diluted with syrup. It was an unconsumable drink. When I asked to make it he asked what was wrong with it and just wasn't there mentally. Staff really needs a check up and more people working behind the counter. This isnt a first time occurrence either
