Amazing coffee and excellent customer service!
Love the beignets
13 minutes in line behind 1 customer in drive-through is never acceptable. 1 drink & an order of 3 beignets never takes that extended period of time in my previous visits. This was making me late for work resulting in my disinterest & no longer wanting my order. Whether it's an employee shortage, or technical issues, there needs to be improvement because time isn't refundable.
Great coffee and food. Please please please pick up the pace though!!!
