Contacted PJ Pools about 6 weeks out from Christmas to renovate our old pool. We chose the opal glass as it really pops of color when the pool is filled. The speed and workmanship was 5 star. I appreciated them squeezing me in with such a tight deadline. We have visitors from overseas coming to ours for Christmas so this will be one to remember. Thanks all involved
Just finished my new build and pool and can not recommend PJ Pools enough. Very professional and accommodating in all aspects of the process. Having never had a pool before they were a pleasure to deal with and would recommend to anyone wanting a pool. Love my pool !!! Thankyou to the fabulous team at PJ Pools.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. It has been almost two years and our pool–spa project is still not finished. Repeatedly calling, emailing, and asking politely has made no difference—no one gets back to us. Our spa won’t hold water and keeps emptying, yet we’ve been told multiple times that it would be fixed. It never has. There are still numerous unfinished items and poor-quality details that need attention. Reception and marketing deserve 5 stars, but customer service and project management get 0.
