Loved the Chicken Pot pie and the Cherry Almond pie, both of them so yummy!
We decided to try this place out and ordered takeout of shepherd pot pies. We also got a piece of bourbon ginger peach pie and one of the cherry almond pies. The shepherd pies were delicious and perfectly sized. The fruit pies were both very good and not too sweet which is perfect!!
I live in NC and travel to McAllen for business quite often. This has become my favorite place for lunch or to hang out before my flight home. I love the food, the atmosphere and the sriracha chicken pie. And for dessert my favorites are the pecan and blueberry pies. I wish you could ship them to NC!!
Amazing and friendly staff. Showed up 1 min to closing to grab a slice of pie to go and they were as friendly as could be. Not to mention the pie was amazing.
Based off and old visit: 2 of the 3 pies ive tried were way too sweet. One of the overly sweet pies flavors did not mesh well at all. PJ's has potential to be amazing just tone down the sugar and taste test your recipes before you release to the public.
Went to PJ's to buy a Pie for thanking a friend and also got lunch. The PJ's Fav sandwich has to one of the best sandwiches we've ever had. Also had a pot pie and soup. You can't beat this place and the pie is beautiful. I wonder if the folks we're giving it to would notice a piece missing?
This is my first time going after great reviews from my family and I'm so sad that i didn't get what i thought I was ordering... i expected to get a pot PIE but all I got was a small ramekin with ground beef and mash potatoes on top of it.....absolutely no PIE ANYWHERE IN THERE!
The ambiance is great ! Friendly service is a plus ! The pies are so tasty and rich in flavor ..Honey Sriracha Chicken is a must have ! I also love how you can work on work / school homework here . They also have sweets and lord have mercy!
My favorites are the strawberry pie and green chile pulled pork pie! Yummy!
