I do not recommend this company. They did not fix my computer properly. Now, because of their lack of whatever, the other side of my screen / laptop is breaking. So angry right now.

I just had a major repair done on my Acer laptop at the Ruckersville store of PJs. I walked in and I was frantic because I was in the middle of a huge project that had to get done quickly and I started getting weird messages and then my drive would not boot . I had a very good experience this week with PJ Networks. They got the machine to reboot, diagnosed a failing hard drive and transferred data from old to new. I respect both their competence and their customer service.

Walked in the Ruckersville, VA store yesterday to take my laptop in for service because it was running SO slow. I thought there was something very wrong with it. PJ's took a look, told me the problem- which wasn't a problem-- gave LOTS of helpful information and didn't charge me. Thanks PJ Networks for GREAT customer service!!!
PJ Networks is awesome. We have been using them for a few years for our computer needs. They just recently put together a new website for our business. All the employees are great; extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Even though we don't deal with Phil the owner on a regular basis, he often calls to check in and make sure we are pleased with the service we are getting. Couldn't be happier.
