I can't believe this salon is still open. When this nail salon first open many years ago, I was happy to see another option in the neighborhood. Not only are the workers (especially the man in charge) less than welcoming, the salon itself is just raggedy. This makes the service raggedy too and it's safe to say the place is unsanitary. Pj nail salon I give a five star for their hospitality. They are professional and pleasant. Andrew is great. He's friendly,focused and does a good job..I'm a satisfied customer.
PJ nail salon, in my opinion is very accommodating and welcoming. They are friendly and professional. Andrew is a pleasure to work with and always nice. Does a great job always.
This place is BEYOND DISGUSTING. The amount of crud and dust around the pedicure chairs should be enough to involve the Health Dept. There were two bees and a fly bothering everyone as well. My manicure was done on a half ripped paper towel. I also was not given the color I asked for, but she could not understand me, I guess. I tried to get her to correct it and she just nodded and kept going. Also, the skin around my nails is very sore today so I suspect an infection will be coming soon. And cash only?? Horrible service!!! I had an appointment booked at 915am, when I showed up to the shop no one was there. I waited patiently and called and could not get a hold of them. Finally when someone showed up, I waited again for another 15 mins. By 945 two other clients had showed up, and I was STILL WAITING. At this time I was waiting for 30 minutes without being served and they started to serve the other clients. Keep in mind I was VERY kind and polite. No one apologized or seemed to care.
