worst real state not proffessional it alredy happen 2 time with me they advertise the property and when i request for private inspection they always reply that the fist inspection will be these days for public there is no private inspection and after one day they put it under offer this is wrong guys everyone should treated equally worst working system and worst agents

Steer clear from purchasing any properties through PJ Murphy Real Estate, especially James Seymour. They are completely unethical and corrupt . We purchased a "perfectly renovated" home earlier this year and have had nothing but issues with this property since. James was selling this on behalf of a family member and allowed the seller to be present for the final pre-settlement inspection obviously in hopes to distract us from the fact that the property is sinking along with a number of other major issues.
