We see that this agents from this agency are not at all flexible to schedule inspections for perspective buyers even after being contacted several times. This clearly shows these people are just up for a hurried sale with whatever offer comes up for the vendor or just materializing some under-the-table deals, most likely to some close known buyer's agent who offer undeclared commissions for getting the property sold to their own clients. Was a very frustrating and terrible experience. Was constantly lied to and obviously given the run around. Me myself being a home owner would expect a real estate to act with honesty and integrity which pj Murphy fall well short of.
Communication is everything in RealEstate, and Liv’s communication was first rate. Always rather answered her phone and got back to me straight away.
