I am absolutely delighted with my new garage door. The service I received from Peter & his team was excellent and I appreciate Pete's patience with the multiple phone calls whilst I was building the garage. the door installer was great, efficient and tidied up wonderfully when completed. Unfortunately my experience with Peter and Richy has been absolutely terrible. Richy Lyon came to my property to quote for a new roller door. It was in working order when he arrived, but not when he left. Richy left the door in a mid position and told me that it was safe to use and left me with it like that. (Peter said he should not have done this). The roller door was left with no tension and unraveled on me and knocked me to my concrete driveway. I was shocked, injured and an emotional mess. PJ Garage doors have kept my garage door going for more years than would reasonably be expected. This week, Richy did a service and told me that the motor - which is really old- well,it was starting to fail and whilst he thought he might be able to help with it there was no guarantees I get much more time with it. He didn't try and ' sell' me anything because he'd already done the service on the sticking door and it was better than when he'd arrived, but he was just letting me know to keep an eye on it. Called this company re: service 9/6 due to fantastic reviews. Sadly I can’t write an review about the team due to the person that took my call She was rude! She offered me a day for call out and when i tried to tell her I would only be available in the afternoon she didn’t let me finish and demanded a Yes or No ! then offered me another day that of coarse refused and decided to take my business elsewhere. Being polite doesn’t cost anything ! Im sure the rest of the team going by the reviews are approachable
