The folks who initially made their sales presentation were knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I did feel as though I was pressured into accepting their offer that day. I also thought their original quote was outrageous. After several series of back and forth and phone calls back to the boss I negotiated a lower cost but at that point it was either sign that day or start the process over.
