I was initially very happy with my purchase back in October. The salesperson, Nadar, was responsive and helpful during the process. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill after installation. I specifically requested pet screens and never received them. The windows that were installed are visibly crooked, and despite being told they would help regulate temperature, my son’s room has seen no improvement.
