Bob was very responsive to a critical pipe leak. He recommended an option that included a more complete solution than just the repair of the leak, which made sense to me. The fees seemed fair and the quality of the work seems good. He bid the work up front and stayed true to the cost estimate despite running into some unexpected delays

Do not use at all cost. The overcharged us like crazy for a simple job. They are predators don't use at all costs

When I called, an actual person answered the phone! They were able to send someone to our house right away to diagnose and repair our leaking water heater. Dan was kind, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We will definitely use PJ Emergency Plumbing again when needed!

Great communication. I knew exactly when Oliver was on his way. He explained everything he found, plus every step of the corrective action he was going to take.
