It's painfully obvious that with the passing of Todd the business has gone into a tail spin. Customer communication is horrible at best. I've received nothing but dis-information time after time. Right now it looks like Im going to have to litigate my problem and let a judge decide what to do with these people. I have given them every opportunity to do the right thing and its clear they are not capabe of doing that. Such a shame to see a business implode like this.
