Arrived at 7:00 p.m., We were seated within a few minutes. Put in our food order at 7:15. We had an event at 8:30 p.m., so we thought we had enough time to eat before going to the show. An hour went by and we still have not received our food. There was a table that arrived 30 minutes after us and they got their food 15 minutes after ordering. At that point we canceled our order and left for the event unfortunately hungry. Very disappointing experience, likely will not return.
Excellent staff and food! We came in nearing the time the kitchen closes, and they were still extremely friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend going there late on purpose, but it is a testament to how much they want to ensure their customers are satisfied. The ribs are so tender they fall off the bone when the plate touches the table, and the Key West salmon is to die for.
Great food! The pretzels are amazing!
