PJ represented my wife and me in purchasing land on which to build our house. We initially conducted a search with PJ to buy a house, but in the end decided to build. Although the land was 10X less costly than a house would have been, PJ treated the transaction with the same expertise and effort. And, it was not a simple real estate transaction. We never would have closed on the land if not for his guidance. PJ had our back from day 1, and we recommend him 100%.
